- 16 oz. Noodles, Elbow Macaroni
- 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
- 1 Cup Swiss Cheese, Shredded
- 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- 1 Cup Provolone Cheese, Shredded
- 1/2 Cup Ricotta Cheese
- 1 Cup Borden Heavy Cream
- 1 Tbsp Parsley, Chopped
- Kosher Salt to Taste
- Ground White Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Pre-Heat oven to 400°F
- Lightly butter a 9x13 oven-safe pan
- Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil
- Add noodles and cook for 6-8 minutes or until tender
- Mix ricotta and cream together in a bowl
- Mix the remaining cheeses in another bowl
- In a large bowl, mix noodles and cream mixture. Add cheese blend, reserve 1/2 cup for topping mac n cheese. Mix.
- Add noodle mixture to lightly buttered pan, top with reserved cheese, bake until hot and bubbly, about 10-15 minutes.
