Ingredients

  • 16 oz. Noodles, Elbow Macaroni
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
  • 1 Cup Swiss Cheese, Shredded
  • 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  • 1 Cup Provolone Cheese, Shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 Cup Borden Heavy Cream
  • 1 Tbsp Parsley, Chopped
  • Kosher Salt to Taste
  • Ground White Pepper to Taste

Instructions

  1. Pre-Heat oven to 400°F
  2. Lightly butter a 9x13 oven-safe pan
  3. Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil
  4. Add noodles and cook for 6-8 minutes or until tender
  5. Mix ricotta and cream together in a bowl
  6. Mix the remaining cheeses in another bowl
  7. In a large bowl, mix noodles and cream mixture. Add cheese blend, reserve 1/2 cup for topping mac n cheese. Mix.
  8. Add noodle mixture to lightly buttered pan, top with reserved cheese, bake until hot and bubbly, about 10-15 minutes.
